As part of the government’s initiative to help households with rising energy costs, there will be a £150 Council Tax energy rebate for households in band A to D properties.
If you are eligible and we have your bank details (because you pay by Direct Debit) we will pay the money in to your bank account during May 2022. We will begin processing these payments from 2 May, but please only contact us about non-payment if you have still not received yours by the end of May.
If you are eligible and we do not have your bank details (because you do not pay by direct debit) a letter will be sent at the end of May 2022 explaining what to do.
